Wholesale/Private Label
- We need a copy of either your EIN/Tax ID Number or Resale Tax Certificate Number prior to placing an order.
- All orders must meet our minimum requirements before order is accepted.
- All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, NET14 (based on company approval), PayPal, Money Order or Checks. Please note: Orders will not ship until check has cleared (allow up to 7 business days).

Lead Time:
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Large orders may take longer due to customized packaging, please plan your schedule accordingly. If you're in need of an immediate order, we will process your order and apply a Rush Order fee of $50.00. We guarantee a 14-day turn time providing all necessary supplies are in stock.
Holiday Season (September – December): During the holiday season is very busy for us. It’s very important to get your orders in early to ensure your shelves are stocked for the holiday rush.

Candle testing is considered to be one of the most important steps to producing a quality candle. NCP will provide you with detailed burning and scent throw results on the Candle Testing Sheet used in our business.
